KEMPO'S BASIC COURSE
Improving your mind and body is the best possible decision you can make in life.
The course aims to point out to each participant the importance of caring for their own body and mind. The course provides an excellent basis for further training of the Kempo martial arts and basic knowledge for independent training at home.
The course is the beginning of the spiritual warrior's Path of peace, harmony and wisdom.
Each course participant will receive written materials for the course and, with the professional supervision of longtime Kempo teachers, go through all points of the course. The course is specifically designed for beginners and people who are practicing Kempo for the first time. The course is open to people of all ages and held in a small group, exclusively taught by one of the Kempo teachers.
The basic course includes a necessary introduction to Kempo's history and philosophy to various techniques of self-defense, massages and so on.
The basic course is conducted over two months twice per week, for a total of 16 terms. Each term lasts 90 minutes. After the course and another month of regular training, the student is ready for his first belt test.

Join us for this class and train your way to a healthy body and mind. These techniques build a strong and agile body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
The prerequisite to enter this group is to finish a Kempo's Basic Course.
Practitioners in this group learn four basic movements on 4 sides (Shi Ho Renshu 1-4) and first Kata - Ping An Ichi.
In this group, all practitioners are with a white belt.
Building faith in Kempo path
This class is sure to become your next obsession. It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. By combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity, we’re here to prove that we can maximize your potential with emotional and physiological fitness.
Physical training is hard and requirements to advance are harsh. Except hard sparring (Kumite), practitioners in this group learn 4 out of 5 Ping An katas in their traditional form. Additionally, practitioners learn all five Itosu Katas also in traditional (Mikkyo) form.
Only green or higher belts can practice in this group.
Begin spiritual training
This class is for advanced Kempo practitioners - brown belts and above. The main emphasis on hard physical training is connecting the body exercise with spiritual insights. Special meditation guided by Sensei is in place to help overcome hard training and to connect body movements with inner strength, peace and calmness.
More advanced the group is, more advanced training is in place - where the ultimate goal is "sudden realization". The Kempo training begins to be an integral part of the life and lifestyle of Kempo practitioners. Applying the core principles of Kempo to everyday life is one of the goals in this class.
A big emphasis is on studying Kempo literature in depth filling any gaps in knowledge of Kempo and Kempo Path.
This group prepares to achieve the highest rank in Kempo - rank of Sensei or Kempo teacher.
